Take a look at our plans and choose the one that feels right for you. You can choose from our international menu or our Middle Eastern inspired plan by Chef Hala.
Choose the number of days you’d like deliveries for and how long you’d like your plan to last and you’re ready to go. In just a few clicks you’ll be able to view your entire monthly menu on your dashboard!

If you’re really serious about your results you can book an appointment with a Kcal nutritionist to talk through the basics of nutrition, the whys and hows of weight loss and an overview of your personalised plan.
Together you will complete an assessment of your nutritional needs and current situation, set your goals and take your body measurements, body fat % and current weight.
Review & start your plan
Once you’ve registered you’ll be put in touch with your dedicated account manager who will be there to support and motivate you throughout your entire plan. You will also be given the login to your personal online dashboard where you can complete control over your plan.
During the plan
Our meal plans are made up of over 800 dishes from around the world so you’ll have plenty of options throughout your plan. Rest assured that every dish is made from scratch and we only use the freshest, highest quality ingredients.
Travelling? No problem! You can pause your plan until you return. We’ll always be here to support you throughout our plan so feel free to get in touch any time!
