1. Telesales Executive (Arabic)

Purpose of the role

The Telesales Executive is responsible to present the company products with integrity to customers within the UAE. Reporting to the Telesales Manager, he will handle the accounts of Fuel Up customers and provide them with efficient customer service.

  • Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Influence customers to buy the product by following a prepared script.
  • Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.
  • Document and update all activity through our CRM.
  • Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
  • Meeting daily and quarterly sales target through calling.
  • Submit daily and monthly report of all activities done.
  • Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone.
  • Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with MS office knowledge.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Telesales.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.

2. Restaurant Team Leader (Based in Abu Dhabi)

Purpose of the role

The Team Leader/Shift in Charge is responsible to ensure that the daily shifts assigned by the Restaurant Manager are being carried out smoothly and provides support, direction and assistance to subordinates in all areas of their assigned duties.

  • In charge of keeping the daily operations of the restaurant running smoothly.
  • Responsible for ensuring that employees are present and work is completed on time.
  • Provide support, direction and assistance to subordinates on all areas of their assigned duties.
  • Supervise staff during your shift and ensure they are carrying out their assigned duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Responsible for scheduling, staffing and organizing the work and workers on your shifts.
  • To be responsible for making sure that the absent employee's position is covered by another employee.
  • Work alongside members of your team in order to be more efficient and to resolve customer complaints and other problems as they arise.
  • Responsible for training all new employees on your shift in safety policies and workplace procedures and maintain training logs and records.
  • Responsible for quality control, ensure product safety and freshness and accuracy in orders
  • Ensure customers receive the products and services they order.
  • Responsible for reporting any issues or quality defects to the manager.
  • Ensure the workplace is safe and clean; this includes reviewing and enforcing all Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards and policies.
  • Prepare, reconcile and keep the restaurant cash registers stocked with change during the shift.

  • Experience of minimum 3 years in similar capacity, ideally from fast food restaurant, with good knowledge of restaurant operations.

3. Restaurant Cashier cum Waiter/Waitress

Purpose of the role

The Cashier cum Waiter/Waitress is under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager/in charge. S/he will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in a very professional way.

  • Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Provide the customers with fast, friendly, courteous and efficient service.
  • Inform the customers of daily specials.
  • Escort customers to their tables.
  • Greet and take the orders from customers.
  • Present menus to customer and answers questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
  • Explain how various menus are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
  • Write customer’s food orders on order slips memorize orders or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages accurately as per customers’ order.
  • Prepare itemized checks and accept payments as and when required.
  • Prepare tables for meals.
  • Collect the payments by cash, credit cards or debit cards.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that mounts are correct and there is adequate change.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly reception area.
  • Provide help and support to junior staff.

  • Minimum of a High School/Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cashier/Waiter.

4. Commis 3 Chef (Male Candidates Only)

Purpose of the role

The Commis Chef will be responsible to provide assistance to Chef De Partie in carrying our preparatory work for creating dishes, stocking food supplies and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

  • Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Preparation and portioning of food on time and ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards.
  • Prepare food by accurately following the recipes provided.
  • Maintain the cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
  • Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the section that they are stored properly.
  • Ensure smooth running of the section during Chef De Parties' absences.
  • Control cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control.
  • Follow the Basic Food Hygiene Guide Lines always.
  • Weigh the ingredients and using proper quantities in preparing food.
  • Assist the chefs in ensuring that the health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen.

  • Minimum 1-2 years full-time work experience; previous experience in F&B industry required.
