Kcal Lunch Referral Program: Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • The Kcal Lunch Referral Program ("Program") is open to individuals who have received an official referral voucher from Kcal or any of its sub-brands, including but not limited to Kcal Meal Plans, Fuel Up, and Spring ("Referrer").

Definition of a Valid Referral

  • A referral is deemed valid only if the referred company ("Referred Company"):
    • Is introduced to Kcal Lunch by the Referrer prior to any direct contact with Kcal;
    • Signs a corporate agreement for Kcal Lunch with employer subsidy; and
    • Has not previously been an active or contracted Kcal Lunch client within the last twelve (12) months.

Definition of "Active" Status

  • For the purpose of this Program, a Referred Company shall be considered "Active" if:
    • The company places and receives Kcal Lunch orders on a continuous basis; and
    • The company reaches a minimum order value of AED 5,000 per calendar month; and
    • No service pauses, cancellations, or contract suspensions occur during the qualifying period.
  • Failure to meet the minimum monthly order value of AED 5,000 at any time during the qualifying period shall reset the referral qualification timeline.

Reward Structure (Stay & Grow)

  • Referral rewards are unlocked progressively based on the Referred Company's continuous Active status:
    • 4 consecutive weeks -> 1 month free Kcal Meal Plan (or equivalent voucher)
    • 8 consecutive weeks -> 2 months free Kcal Meal Plan (or equivalent voucher)
    • 12 consecutive weeks -> 3 months free Kcal Meal Plan (or equivalent voucher)
  • A maximum of three (3) free months or equivalent value may be earned per successful referral.

Cool-Down & Payment Confirmation

  • Referral rewards shall only become eligible once:
    • The Referred Company's invoices corresponding to the qualifying period have been fully issued and paid; and
    • All payments have successfully cleared Kcal's accounts.
  • Any delayed, disputed, or unpaid invoices shall suspend reward eligibility until full settlement is confirmed.

Reward Issuance

  • Rewards are issued as vouchers redeemable across Kcal products or services, at Kcal's discretion.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Kcal reserves the right to substitute the reward with an alternative of equivalent value.

Program Limitations

  • Kcal reserves the right to limit the number of referrals per Referrer in cases of suspected abuse or misuse.

Verification & Discretion

  • Kcal reserves the right to verify referral source, contract status, order values, and payment history.
  • All decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and reward issuance shall be made at Kcal's sole discretion and shall be final.

Modification & Termination

  • Kcal reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect rewards already earned and approved.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
