Kcal was one of the best decisions I committed to in 2020. The food is amazing and I always look forward to the guilt-free desserts. I love the access to the nutritionist and my account manager.

Basically, since I started my journey with Kcal, my life has changed a lot. Whilst having a meal plan, it's really good when organising your day. I don't need to waste time thinking about what you're going to eat now.

What I really like is that the food is fresh, it's delivered at your door every single day so it's super convenient and you can choose your own meal every single week. This is super important to me.
