Kcal Restaurants will be celebrating the grand opening of its new flagship restaurant. Over 100 guests will take part in this 3-day activity, each wearing the official Kcal T-shirt..
You will need to collect your t-shirts from Kcal Restaurants Bay Square. Kindly arrive at least 30 minutes early for the activity. We highly recommend wearing a comfortable shirt underneath, as you may find it difficult to locate or use restrooms to change during the activity.
Official T-Shirt Terms of Use
The Kcal T-shirt is an official brand asset and symbolizes our healthy, positive, and respectful community spirit.
By wearing it, participants agree to uphold Kcal’s brand values and follow these terms:
Your Role in the Activity
Your role will involve peacefully roaming around Bay Square in 2-hours while representing the Kcal brand professionally. You’ll need to wear the official Kcal T-shirt and engage positively with anyone who may approach or ask questions.
You should let anyone who asks know that this activity is for Kcal Restaurants – you’re attending a free launch event, and the shirts and food are being provided as complimentary gifts.
Participants Must:
a. Represent the brand respectfully — no offensive language, rude gestures, or disruptive behavior.
b. Wear the official Kcal T-shirt only during official Kcal activities.
c. The T-shirt must be worn with jeans only — black or blue denim is allowed.
d. Shorts, revealing skirts, ripped jeans, or any distressed bottoms are not permitted. Modest skirts are allowed. You may also wear an abaya, but we recommend keeping the logo visible.
e. Maintain a positive, friendly attitude throughout the activity.
Participants Must NOT:
a. Do not alter, cut, or redesign the official Kcal T-shirt in any way.
b. Do not engage in any unsafe, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior.
c. Do not associate Kcal with political, religious, or controversial content.
d. Do not present yourself as a Kcal employee or brand ambassador unless officially designated.
e.Please refrain from smoking, vaping, or using any competing brands during the activity.
Kcal reserves the right to deny participation for whose behavior negatively affects the brand or the event experience.
Safety & Crowd Management
To keep everyone safe:
a. Kcal team will be stationed throughout Bay Square.
b. Participants must follow their instructions at all times.
c. Running, shouting, or causing public disturbances is not permitted.
Photos & Publicity
By participating, you agree that Kcal may:
a. Kcal may capture your photos or videos during the event.
b. Kcal may use your likeness in marketing materials, social media, press releases, and future promotions – without further notice or compensation.
Liability
Participation is voluntary. Kcal Restaurants, its affiliates, and partners are not responsible for:
a. Kcal is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
b. Kcal is not responsible for travel or transportation to and from the event.
c. All participants take part at their own risk and are expected to act responsibly.
Kcal’s Rights
Kcal reserves the right to:
a. Amend, postpone, or cancel the event at any time.
b. Make final and binding decisions on all matters related to the activity.
Frequently ask questions:
a. When will the payment be processed, and what time are we required to report for the activity?
Answer: The payment will be made on the same day by cash after the event. Reporting Time: Please arrive 30 minutes before the event for a short briefing at 11:50 AM.
b. Is it possible to arrange a shuttle service from the nearest metro station?
Answer: Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide shuttle services due to local regulations.
d. How can I get to Bay Square from Business Bay Metro Station?
Answer: From Business Bay Metro Station (Exit 2), take Bus F41 heading toward Bay Square.
Get off at Bay Square 1 or Bay Square 2 – both stops are just a few minutes’ walk from Kcal Restaurants, B07–G08.
The ride usually takes around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic
