In a bid to stick to our health resolutions for 2022, Kcal has organised a Fitness Bootcamp aimed at helping you get fitter and healthier the fun way. Featuring action-packed workouts such as Animal Flow, core and cardio training, Zumba and more, the bootcamp runs every Sunday until 27th March 2022 at Gate 3, Zabeel Park, Dubai… and, it’s FREE to join for all fitness levels!
We’ll also deliver the nutrition with infused water and healthy snacks to relish at the end—a little taste of health from Kcal that’ll help you commit to being fit while also thinking about the convenience of our meal plans!
