Your personalised meal plan can be adapted to suit Ramadan meals with nutritious choices for Suhoor & Iftar, as well as dates, juices, soups & laban to make sure you stay healthy during the Holy month.

During the month of Ramadan your meal plan will include:
  • 2 Suhoor Dishes
  • Everything you need to break your fast including dates, juice, soup and laban
  • A main and side dish for Iftar
  • Dessert

A normal Ramadan meal plan would have 1400 – 1500 calories per day. If you upgrade your plan it can go up to 1700 calories.

Yes, just contact your account manager and ask them to change your plan during Ramadan.

If you’re based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, it’s up to you. We can arrange the delivery of your bag in the evening so you have your iftar meal and Suhoor for the next morning.
