You can also add some dairy, like cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, and definitely consider adding fruits and vegetables (fresh or frozen) for a better boost of nutrients and antioxidants.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some recipe ideas of a healthy breakfast:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Add all ingredients in a jar and let it rest in the fridge for four hours or overnight. You can add half a scoop of whey protein if you wish to increase your protein intakes.
